You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging, in new and unused condition. *Watches cannot be exchanged.  Should an item need to be exchanged to Nicole Compton Jewelry, we will issue merchandise credit of the price difference to the Customer or Gift Recipient, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange. If the returned item is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. 

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Please allow 4-5 business days for in stock items. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Custom designs will take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Purchases from this site may only be made within the continental United States for delivery in the continental United States.
