You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging, in new and unused condition. *Watches cannot be exchanged. Should an item need to be exchanged to Nicole Compton Jewelry, we will issue merchandise credit of the price difference to the Customer or Gift Recipient, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange.
